This renovation and revitalization of a historic site, will repurpose some existing buildings and improve the neighborhood with an activated 9-hole golf course and restaurant destination, east of downtown Houston. The challenge is to create a safe and welcoming nighttime sporting destination in the fifth ward while creating an intimate and unique dining experience as part of a larger future expansion project.
